Description
Iowa Volunteers Drum. 14" high x 17" wide, this drum has seen some action! The top head has extensive repairs and is backed by cardboard. The bottom remains torn in two places. Some original red paint remains and it has been given new rope. The best part about this drum is the old ink inscription on the top head: "F. W. Kimble, Drummer Co B 14th Reg. Iowa Inf. Vols.; War of 1861". Comes with two drumsticks.Auction Info
