Description
Silvered Brass, Civil War Period Sheridan's Cavalry Corps Badge. Badge itself 42mm x 35mm. Separately affixed blue enamel center section with crossed sabers. Suspended from the 38mm x 7mm name bar by small brass chains. Overall near perfect condition retaining 80% of the original silver finish. Very nice example of this very scarce piece of Civil War period insignia.Auction Info
