Republic of Texas: Benjamin Goodrich Legal Document Signed "B. B. Goodrich". Two pages, 7.75" x 12.5", February 27, 1839, Montgomery County, concerning a debt complaint. Toned paper with some chipping and small tears along folds. Near very good.More Information:
Benjamin Briggs Goodrich (1799-1860) migrated to Texas in 1834. In 1836, as a representative of Washington-on-the-Brazos, he signed the Texas Declaration of Independence.
