London: Constable & Company, 1909.Limited to 750 numbered copies, of which this is number 405, signed by Arthur Rackham. Large quarto. xv, [1, blank], 325, [1, printer's imprint] pages. Forty mounted color plates, with descriptive tissue guards, and numerous drawings in black and white.
Beautifully rebound in full dark red morocco, front cover decoratively stamped in gilt and spine lettered in gilt. Minor foxing and finger-soiling throughout. A few of the plates with creases at one corner. A beautiful copy in near fine condition. Reprinted from the 1900 edition, with added illustrations and larger pages.
