Inscribed on the half-title page by Walt Disney in blue artist's crayon: "To 'Big Bob' / With Best Wishes / Walt Disney" and finished with a flourish. Large quarto. [158] pages. Introduction by Walt Disney. Illustrated throughout with many tipped-in color plates and with color and monochrome vignettes from the Disney animated classic.
Publisher's cream cloth with blue lettering. Illustrated endpapers. Two small areas of discoloration along top edge of rear board. Front board a little loose. Inscription a trifle smudged. Price-clipped dust jacket has chipping, creasing, and rubbing along edges, mostly at spine ends and along flap folds; adhesive stains to reverse of jacket where amateur repairs had been made. Otherwise, a near fine copy of a title not often encountered signed. In blue cloth slipcase.
