Every astronaut that flew on an Apollo mission!
"Historic First Photo of Earth from Deep Space" Signed by all Twenty-Nine Apollo Astronauts. A dramatic and gigantic B&W photo mounted to a heavy board, 46" x 19" overall, with the caption: "Taken August 23, 1966, by NASA - Boeing Lunar Orbiter I/ Distance from Earth 232,000 mi. - - Altitude above Moon - 730 Mi." Every astronaut who flew on one or more of the eleven Apollo missions has signed along the surface of the moon or the Earth, as follows: "Ken Mattingly"; "Ron Evans" (1933-1990); "Jack Swigert" (1931-1982); "Alan Shepard" (1923-1998); "Ed Mitchell"; "Wally Schirra" (1923-2007); "Charles Conrad Jr" (1930-1999); "Stuart A Roosa" (1933-1994); "Dave Scott" "James Lovell"; "Harrison H Schmitt"; "Rusty Schweickart"; "Don Eisele" (1930-1987); "Buzz Aldrin"; "John Young"; "Al Worden"; "Neil Armstrong"; "Tom Stafford"; "Frank Borman"; "Charlie Duke"; "Jim Irwin" (1930-1991); "Walt Cunningham"; "Michael Collins"; "James A. McDivitt"; "Gene Cernan"; "Bill Anders"; "Dick Gordon"; "Fred Haise"; and "Alan Bean". This piece would be at home in any museum, but could be featured in your personal collection. The signatures generally range in quality and contrast from very good to excellent. The exception is the Mitchell signature which has faded dramatically; Dr. Mitchell is scheduled to be at Spacefest III and we will attempt to add a better example of his signature there. Overall very fine condition.Additional Information: The photo has now been clearly signed by Dr. Mitchell just above the faded early example.
