    Single Mounted 4-Leaf Clover Crockett Spurs.
    Nice maker-marked large pair with single mount full coverage. 2 1/2-inch, 20-point rowels. Extensively rocker-engraved overlays extending to the 1-inch bands terminating with large 4-leaf clover. Swinging buttons with matching rocker-engraved borders which surround a familiar floral motif. The name CROCKETT is outside-marked below the swinging buttons. These 3/32-inch high letters were used by Crockett 1938-43 and is considered the second "outside mark." See Martin & House page 122. Plain golden brown leathers with rectangular nickeled buckles.

    Condition: Very good. Honest wear. Age patina and scattered small dents. Very light surface rust between the points. Leather is fine and supple.
