Cheekpiece pierced and with silver overlay of bands and floral motif. Curved slobber bar with silver heart overlay. 2) Colonial/Mexican Ring Bit with Rein Chains and Dual Crickets. Serrated, pierced cheek pieces with crescent moon motif. 3-5) Three Colonial/Mexican Ring Bits of Traditional Form. 4-inch rings. Cheek pieces of S-form or crescent moon-style. Two decorated with small buttons. Ornate slobber bars. Condition: 1) Fair to good. Smooth, brown patina. Age wear and losses to inlays. 2) Fair to good. Smooth brown patina with scattered small patches of pitting. Age wear, light soiling and patches of fine surface rust. 3-5) Fair to good. Moderate age wear and smooth brown patina. Scattered fine pitting.
