    Cabinet Card Photograph of Chief Seattle's Daughter "Angeline" North Yakima, Washington, ca. 1890s. Chief Seattle outlived two wives. The only child by his first wife was a daughter, (Angeline) Kik-is-om-lo. Mrs. David Maynard, one of the city founders and friend to Chief Seattle, considered her name unattractive so she rechristened her "Angeline." Princess Angeline died on May 31, 1896, and was buried at her request in the Lakeview Cemetery. Photographed in E. E. James, Studio North Yakima, Washington. Measures approximately 4.25" x 6.50".

    Very good-fine, mount has minor wear.
