Fixed buttons with heart and diamond covers. Marked inside heelband: 425 / HOMER / 08. Sold together with beautiful and fancy tooled leathers. Buckle is gold and silver mounted with four suits. Buckle is signed HOMER. Note: Bill is listed in "Bits and Spurs Motifs, Techniques and Modern Makers by Ned and Jody Martin.
