    Crockett Special Order Tom Mix-Style Double-Rowell Spurs.
    Maker mark measures 3/32-inch high and is in the #2 position. According to Adamson, House and Martin in "Bits & Spurs In The Texas Tradition" this is the 2nd outside mark circa 1938-43. These would have been made in Lenexa, Kansas before Oscar Crockett moves the shop to Boulder, CO. 2-inch clover leaf rowell on slight drop shank with matching smaller rowell above. Shank buttons with the four quadrant pattern. Each band with engraved diamond overlay on one side and alternating silver and copper triangles. Swinging buttons also with four quadrants. Sold together with exquisite scalloped and relief-carved light brown leathers with engraved ranger-style buckle sets. Leather is maker-marked:
    JEFF MORROW / MAKER / MONTANA.

    Condition: Fine. Light age patina. Scattered fine scratches and small dents to overlays. Light soiling to leathers.
