    Description

    Crockett Double-Mounted Special Order Spurs.
    Circa 1946-55 with Crockett mark on edge of heel band in the #4 location. Beautiful scroll-engraved silver overlays throughout. 2 1/2-inch saw-tooth rowels on a drop shank with chap guard. Tapered heel band terminates in fixed button with matching overlay. Two-piece fine black leather straps relief-carved with poppy motif which is nicely set off by floral engraved concho. Sterling buckles. Outside of each heel band with initials: M.F.W.
    Provenance: Roger and Linda Carpenter Collection.

    Condition: Fine to excellent showing very little use. Very light high point edge wear to leather carving.
