    Western Americana: Iver Johnson Pistol Inkwells. This pair of 6.5" x 3.5" silvered lead pistols are actually inkwells. The owl on the grip is the trademark of the Iver Johnson Company. The cylinders are hinged and open to reveal ceramic inkwells (missing in one of the examples). There is a patent date of 1906. From the estate of Houston collector Brent Burg. Condition: Good. Each showing signs of wear and age.
