Beneath the cue card is handwritten: "To John- It took an outstanding stick to follow this thing/ all the way down. It is signed: "Freddo" (Fred Haise); "Gordo" (Gordon Fullerton); "Joe" (Joe Engle); and "Richard" (Richard Truly). These four astronauts made up the two crews who spent much of 1977 in the Approach and Landing Tests of the shuttle. On the back, Young has signed: "From My Collection/ John W. Young". Overall condition is fine- there is some toning and glue leakage on the front. There is a tear on the back paper at Young's signature.
