    "Eyes on the Stars"

NASA "Snoopy" Customized HG-44/P Style Flight Helmet. Possibly used in T-38 training. This bright blue PRK-37 helmet shell features a PRU-36/P side-actuated dual visor (clear/ tinted), and a Gentex MBU-12/P oxygen mask with an AM-7067/A mask microphone. On the top front is a NASA logo decal and on either side is a Snoopy decal with him sitting on his doghouse wearing a space helmet. On the back is a large and colorful Snoopy decal showing him in a spacesuit, helmet, and red scarf, carrying a life support system and doing a "happy dance." All around are stars and above is the text: "Eyes on the Stars". Near excellent condition with a few minor scratches.

After the tragic Apollo 1 fire, Snoopy became NASA's official mascot for flight safety. A number of AstroBeagle products were produced. Included with this lot is one such item- an original, late-1960s Snoopy Astronaut doll. He is wearing his helmet and spacesuit and carrying a "Flight Safety" case. Condition is only fair.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
