    Apollo Program Hardware: Lunar Module Instrument Panel Section. A stamped sheet metal part with electrical connectors attached, 9.25" x 7", unopened and still in its original sealed plastic pouches from manufacturer General Electric. On the inside pouch is a GE label that includes the following information: Nomenclature "Electroluminescent Lamp", Serial No. "SN 1222", GAEC Control No. "LSC 340-40212-05", Contract No. "NAS-9-1100", and Date of Packaging- "7-17-67", along with GE and Grumman inspection stamps. On the outside pouch is an orange Grumman sticker, reading (in part): "This unit has been source inspected and accepted by GAEC. Do Not Open Inner Barrier Bag. Unit within is very easily contaminated." The part itself is inspector-stamped and bears the part and serial numbers. Excellent condition.
