    Apollo 8 "Translunar/ Transearth Plotting Chart" Signed by Mission Commander Frank Borman and Command Module Pilot James Lovell. A chart of 23.75" x 20", printed under the direction of the Department of Defense by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center, USAF, for NASA, "Edition 1, 11 December 1968" for the "Apollo Mission 8". At the upper right, Borman has signed: "First Flight to the Moon/ December 21-27 1968/ Frank Borman/ Apollo 8 CDR". Just beneath, Lovell has signed: "James Lovell/ Apollo 8 CMP / Navigator". Excellent for display. About fine condition with general wear and original folds.

    Included with this lot is a Novaspace Certificate of Authenticity for the Frank Borman signature, dated August 5, 2010.
