Apollo 10: Original "Snoopy Astronaut" Doll Signed by Mission Lunar Module Pilot Gene Cernan, Mint in Box. A 9" tall Snoopy in a space suit and helmet, with original box, 1969, Determined Productions. The back of the bubble-style helmet is signed: "Snoopy/ LM-4/ Gene Cernan/ Apollo X - LMP". LM-4 was the lunar module that flew with Apollo 10; it was nicknamed Snoopy (the CM was nicknamed Charlie Brown). Apollo 10 was the last "dress rehearsal" for the Apollo 11 moon landing and Cernan and Tom Stafford flew Snoopy to within eight miles of the lunar surface. A great and fun item for display. Excellent condition.
