Skylab II (SL-3) Flown Large Beta Cloth Storage Provision Bag Directly from the Personal Collection of Mission Pilot Jack Lousma, Signed and Certified. A heavyweight bag of 14" x 23.5" with a drawstring at top pulled through two metal grommets and with two snap closures on the back. A sewn cloth label on the front contains the text: "LOOSE RETURN/ STOWAGE PROVISION/ A3 LCH-OFFLOAD EMPTY BAG/ THESE ITEMS TO REMAIN/ IN COMMAND MODULE". On the back of this tag, inside the bag, are found the part numbers: "V36-787352-211/ 06362 AAK1835". Lousma has signed on the front: "Flown and used on Skylab II/ Jack Lousma". This bag was used in space on the Skylab Space Station for fifty-nine days in 1973. A rarely-offered size and type of space-flown item. Very fine condition with little wear but generalized soiling and staining.
