Early Unpublished Aviation Tutorial, Cours Fait En 1919 Aux Officiers et Sous-Officiers De L'Armee Americaine en France, by Professor Lucien Marchis, 313 pages with three supplementary fold-out blueprints, two group photos of aviators and a 16-page lecture by Colonel Durand of the French War Office, 4to (8" x 11"), blue cloth and calf boards, tooled gilt title on cover, gilt on compartmentalized spine, blue marble endpapers, inscribed "A Monseiur Laharoff, Hommage respect (ier) de l'auter, L. Marchis, Professeur a la Sorbonne." Ex. Libris: Imperial College Union Library. Some chipping and wear to extremities on cover, minor loss to front free endpaper , otherwise internally fine with tight binding. Very good condition. This is an exceptional overview of military flight as it existed during the immediate aftermath of WWI.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
