From the Tom Hanks-directed HBO series From the Earth to the Moon.

Apollo 16 Movie Prop: Charlie Duke's EVA 1 Lunar Surface LMP Cuff Checklist with Wrist Band. A 3.75" x 3.75" spiral-bound book consisting of twenty-two tabbed, double-sided printed leaves and a front cover featuring a color Apollo 16 mission insignia. The inside front cover bears fake "signatures" of R. R. Kain, R. J. Koppa, R. G. Zedegar, and Charles M. Duke Jr. The internal information appears to be an accurate representation of the actual item. The entire book is mounted to a 5.75" x 1.25" curved aluminum bracket with a Velcro strap, allowing attachment to the wrist of the space suit. This was used by actor J. Downing who portrayed Charlie Duke in the eleventh episode of the award-winning HBO 1998 miniseries, From the Earth to the Moon. The cuff checklist that Duke actually wore on the moon's surface for the second and third EVAs sold a few years ago at auction for just over $200,000. This will be an impressive addition to your space display at a fraction of that price. Very good condition with quite a bit of general wear.
