    Apollo 13 "Translunar/ Transearth Trajectory Plotting Chart" Signed by Mission Commander James Lovell, Lunar Module Pilot Fred Haise, and CapCom Jack Lousma. A chart of 23.75" x 20", printed under the direction of the Department of Defense by the Aeronautical Chart and Information Center, USAF, for NASA, "1st Edition, 16 March 1970" for the "Apollo Mission 13/ 11 April 1970 Launch Date". At the upper left, Lousma has signed: "'13, we've got one more item for/ you, when you get a chance. We'd/ like you to stir up the cryo tanks'/ Jack Lousma/ Apollo 13 Capcom". To the right, Haise has signed: "April 13, 1970 10:08 PM EST/ O2 Tank Explodes - Moon landing/ aborted./ Fred Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP". Beneath and between the two, Lovell has signed with that infamous phrase: "'Houston, we've had a problem!'/ James Lovell/ Apollo 13". Superb combination of signatures that tell the story of this legendary mission. Very good condition with original and extraneous folds and general wear.
