    Apollo 12 Flown Heatshield Fragment. A piece, 0.875" x 0.5" x 0.375", taken from the Apollo 12 Command Module Yankee Clipper. It is handsomely matted and framed with four photos of the CM on display to an overall 20" x 17.25". The provenance is handwritten in silver on the back of the frame: "Fragment of Space Shuttle [sic] 'Yankee Clipper'/ on exhibit at NASA Museum/ Langley Air Force Base/ Hampton, Virginia/ Given to G. LaRocca by/ D. Carsia February 1988". The Apollo 12 command module is still on public exhibit at the Virginia Air & Space Center in Hampton. Excellent condition.
