Alan Bean Signed Large Vintage Topographical Map of the Apollo 12 Landing Site. A 31" x 33" (sight size) monocolor molded plastic, 1:2000 scale, high-relief topographical map with the title of "Apollo Site 7" at top; it is captioned at bottom: "Prepared for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration by the U.S. Army Topographic Command. We had a wonderful time in New York during the October 2013 Historical Manuscripts auction that featured my mother’s papers collected during her tenure as Martin Luther King, Jr.’s secretary. In fact, the entire experience from beginning to end has been a pleasure.
