    AN ATTRACTIVE EXAMPLE OF THIS GREAT RARITY - ONLY 32 ISSUED

    Special printings of Official stamps were made in 1875 at the time the Reprints, Re-Issues and Special Printings were printed. Though overprinted "specimen" they are not considered in the same category as those listed in the Specimen section of the catalog. They were issued without gum.
