    Ross & Keith Smith First England to Australia Flight, special "First Aerial Post" stamp tied by a black oval "First Aerial Mail - Great Britain to Australia - Received 26Feb1920" cachet cancel on cover addressed to Cottesloe, Western Australia, with a second clear stamping of the cachet to the left of the stamp, the stamp being a beautifully centered example with deep fresh color and impression, the cover with "The Asiatic Petroleum Co. (S.S.), Ltd., / Singapore" corner card on the backflap, neatly opened along the top, and with horizontal fold along the bottom, an overall Very Fine and scarce usage.

This special stamp was issued by the Prime Minister's Department of the Commonwealth, applied to carried covers, and cancelled by a black oval "First Aerial Mail - Great Britain to Australia - Received 26Feb1920" cachet.
