Description

Space Flown Piece of Apollo 11 Command Module Columbia Pressure Equalization Valve Label. Beautifully framed in a gilt edged 11" x 13.25" frame with three photos, two of the Apollo 11 astronauts and one of the earth from the moon. The section of the equalization valve label is silver with black lettering, crescent shaped, being half of the label, and reads "SSURE EQUALIZATION VALVE" with a clockwise arrow over the word "OPEN". The gilt title plate at the bottom of the frame reads "1st Manned Lunar Landing 1969-Apollo 11-Columbia." A truly wonderful artifact from mankind's first visit to the moon.
