A 14" x 11" silk finish photo on Kodak Endura paper, a reproduction of a proposed landing site/ EVA map prepared by the Mapping Sciences Laboratory. It is signed in black felt tip: "A picture of the proposed Apollo 13 EVA paths/ with the primary objective to sample the flank of cone crater!/ Fred W. Haise/ Apollo 13 LMP".
