Apollo-Soyuz Test Project Commanders and the U.S. Commander-in Chief: Signed Color Photo. A 10" x 8" professional-quality glossy photo of the ASTP crew meeting with President Gerald Ford in the Oval Office on September 7, 1974, to present him with the Apollo-Soyuz model visible in the photo. It is signed in blue ink in the bottom margin by three: "Alexei Leonov" (in Cyrillic), "Gerald R. Ford", and "Tom Stafford". Interestingly, it was the very next day that Ford issued a full pardon for any crimes Richard Nixon may have committed while in office. Excellent.Auction Info
