Apollo 17 Crew-Signed Large Lunar Surface Flag Salute Color Photo Originally from the Personal Collection of Mission Commander Gene Cernan, with Novaspace COAs. A beautiful 16" x 20" flag salute image (actually taken during Apollo 15) signed in silver felt tip: "Gene Cernan/ Apollo XVII", "Ron Evans", and "Harrison H Schmitt". Note that the Schmitt signature was added at a later date. Perfect for display. Excellent.Included with this lot is a Novaspace Certificate of Authenticity from the "Gene Cernan Garage Sale" stating (in part): "This item [16x20 laserprint signed by Cernan and Evans] is from my personal collection of memorabilia from my career as a NASA astronaut..." Also included is a separate Novaspace COA for the Harrison Schmitt autograph.
