Apollo 11 Vintage NASA "Red Number" Color Photo, Image AS11-40-5902: Buzz Aldrin on Lunar Surface near Leg of LM Eagle. An original chromogenic 10" x 8" print of Aldrin standing next to the lunar module's strut and footpad with numerous footprints in the foreground, on Kodak fiber-based paper bearing the "A Kodak Paper" watermark on the verso. Excellent.In the image, Aldrin is positioned slightly to the left of the LM's landing leg, casting a stark shadow on the moon's regolith. The foreground prominently features the LM's footpad, which rests firmly on the lunar surface, leaving a significant impression on the soft soil.
