    Description

    Engraved German R. Schrader, Göttingen Under-Lever Hammer Drilling. Serial no. 4822, 12 and .410 gauge, 26-inch barrels with matted rib, fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Damascus finish. Elaborately scroll and game engraved receiver, tang and levers. Finely checkered figured walnut pistolgrip stock and splintered fore-end. Base of stock has built in storage compartment with scroll and fowl engraved hinged lid. Cheekrest. Swivel sling mounts. Fancy checkered engraved buttplate.
    Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 20-30% of a thinning damascus finish, the balance a brown and grey patina with handling wear, dings and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable ding to right barrel, present in bore. Wood showing scattered scuffs, scratches and bruises. Large dent to right side of stock. Action is good. Bright bores.
