    Description

    English Percussion Double Barrel Shotgun by Sharpe.
    Serial no. 1512, 16-gauge, 30-inch damascus barrel with front bead sight. Scroll engraved lock and hammers. Lock Marked: SHARPE on each side. Checkered walnut half stock with scroll engraved silver furniture, including silver patchbox and buttplate. Ramrod. Sold along with plaque engraved: SHARPE / "THE ENGLISH LORD" / LONDON / BORE: 16 GAUGE/S.N. 1512 / CA. 1860.

    Condition: Fine. Retaining approximately 50-60% finish with signs of wear and fine pitting. Light scattered scuffs and scratches present on wood. Action crisp. Strong bores.
