Description
Engraved German Otto Seelig Drilling Combination Gun.Serial no. 5308, 16 gauge and 9.3 x 72mm calibers, 27-inch barrels with fixed front sight and folding rear sight. Top of barrels marked: OTTO SEELIG / WIESBADEN. Elaborately scroll and game scene engraved coin-finished receiver. Blued and engraved lever. Dual triggers. Checkered walnut pistolgrip stock and splinter fore-end. Brass triggerguard. Sling swivels. Checkered hard rubber buttplate.
Condition: Very good. Retaining approximately 95-97% finish with thinning at muzzle, scattered handling wear and fine patches of pitting. Noticeable dings and scuffs present to wood. Action good. Mirror bright bores.
