    Serial no. 7565, 16 gauge [2 3/4-inch], 28-inch barrels with concave solid rib engraved: DAVID MCKAY BROWN (GUNMAKERS LTD.) 32 HAMILTON ROAD BOTHWELL. Blued finish. Front brass bead sight. Scroll engraving at breech end of rib. Teague screw in chokes. Scroll engraved case-hardened round body receiver with DAVID MCKAY BROWN engraved in banners to each side.. Fire-blued pins, ejector and cocking levers. Trigger plate action with double triggers. Nice checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Blank brass oval escutcheon to base of stock. Pull: 14 3/4-inches. Weight: 5 pounds, 13 ounces. Contained in leather wrapped fitted hard case with green felt lining.
