    Cased Gebr Merkel Suhl Double Barrel Shotgun.
    Serial no. 480808 [barrels, fore-end and receiver], .410 gauge, 28-inch barrels with fixed front bead sight. Blued finish. Barrels marked: GSI INC. T'VILLE AL / GEBR MERKEL SUHL / MADE IN GERMANY, NO. 6 OF 100 and 360 SL .410 GA. Elaborately scroll and game scene engraved coin-finished receiver, lever and triggerguard. Dual triggers. Checkered walnut straight stock and splinter fore-end. Grooved factory hard rubber butt. Length of pull: 14 5/8-inches. Weight: 5-pounds, 6-ounces. Contained in factory leather carrying case with green felt lining and an extra set of 28 gauge barrels, 28-inches in length.

    Condition: Very good to excellent. Overall showing light handling wear and very fine pitting. Few noticeable patches of pitting to right side of each barrel. Minor scuffs and dings present to wood. Action good. Mirror bright bores. Signs of storage wear to carrying case.
