    Serial no. 6660. 12 gauge. 28 1/4-inch blued barrels with locking doll's head. Game rib. Polished Webley-style screw-grip boxlock action fully engraved with fine rose and foliate scroll. Sculpted fences with floral design. Ejectors. Automatic safety. Intercepting safeties. Finely checkered straight grip stock of highly figured walnut. Checkered butt. Finely checkered splinter fore-end. Gold colored oval with initials. Period brown leather trunk case with purple baize interior with implements. Maker's label. Data: Barrel dimensions: Bore dimensions: 0.729/0.729 inches. Chokes: 0.015/0.037 (Modified/Full). Chambers: 2 3/4 inches. Minimum Wall Thickness: 0.035/0.035 inches. Proof: Birmingham Reproof Nitro, .729/.729, 2 1/2. (Note: Out of proof due to lengthened chambers.) Stock Dimensions: Pull: 14 3/8 inches. Drop at comb: 1 3/8 inches. Drop at heel: 2 1/8 inches. Cast-off: 1/4 inches. Weight: 6 pounds 6 ounces.

    Condition: Excellent, as redone. Barrels show 99% bluing and bright bores. Tight action. Polished action with blued floorplate. Refinished and recheckered stock shows a few small marks. Case in very good condition.
