    12 Gauge L.C. Smith Specialty Grade Sidelock Ejector Double Barrel Shotgun. Serial no. RE59937. 12 gauge. 30-inch barrels with a matted rib with double beads. Case-hardened sidelock action engraved with bold foliate scroll with game scenes of ducks and quail on the locks. Ejectors. Non-automatic safety. Single selective trigger. Finely checkered pistolgrip stock of dark, contrasting, semi-figured walnut. Hard rubber grip cap. Later recoil pad. Finely checkered beaver-tail fore-end. Data: Bore dimensions: 0.736/0.730 inches. Chokes: 0.038/0.034 inches (Full/Improved Modified). Pull: 14 3/8 inches. Drop at comb: 1 1/2 inches. Drop at heel: 2 1/2 inches. Weight: 8 pounds, 14 ounces. Condition: Excellent. Barrels show 96-98% bluing with some small marks. Excellent bright bores. Action and locks show 40-50% case colors. Stock shows a 1/2 inch hairline crack at rear of of right lock and a few light marks. Slight loss to recoil pad. Fore-end shows a small dent at the tip.
