    Description

William Henry Harrison: Ultra Rare and Desirable Medal. WHH-1840-90, 41 mm white medal. One side shows Harrison on horseback with the caption "Victory or Death ". The other side has an eagle, military stand and inscription related to "The Battle of the Thames". Slabbed and graded by NGC as EF45. Both sides are great! We wouldn't know which to display! One of only several known examples, and certainly the best of the many medals and tokens issued for Harrison. Sophisticated collectors regard this variety as one of the premier 19th century campaign medals for any candidate.
