    Theodore Roosevelt: Ornate Suede-Bound Souvenir Menu. 8.5" x 6.5" menu issued for the "Dinner tendered to Theodore Roosevelt President of the United States by the Business Men's League of St. Louis Mercantile Club October first 1902."The suede cover is lined in silk and has two furled American flags attached. There is a gilt-stamped portrait of TR within an embossed brass wreath with the gilt inscription "Our President St. Louis, Oct. 1st 1902.". The back cover has a canvas tent attached, inscribed "San Juan July 1st, 1898." Some slight warpage, but essentially in mint condition. Likely, the creme-de-la-creme of banquet menus.
