    Description

Theodore Roosevelt: A Most Unusual 1 ¼-inch 1912 Caricature Button. Almost certainly a satirical anti-TR issue. During the 1912 campaign speeches in Chicago and New Jersey, Teddy railed against "crooked bosses" who had backed Parker in 1904 and now supported Taft. A great, bold design with Bastian Bros. back paper. For strictest accuracy we note some minute separation along the collet which does not take the button out of round and appears totally stable. From the Merrill C. Berman Collection.

This was my first time dealing with an auction house, and I am 100% completely impressed with Heritage. There is not an aspect of this process that I have a critique for.
