    Zachary Taylor: Large Framed Embroidery Dated 1850. Unique and colorful embroidery on bed ticking [21" x 28" sight] featuring a standing military portrait of Taylor at the bottom. Floral designs populate the border. A wreath overhead is signed by the maker "Isabella Jones 1850". Matted and framed to an overall size of 28" x 36" [not examined out of frame]. Pictured (a full page) in Arthur Schlesinger, Jr.'s Running for President: The Candidates and Their Images 1789-1896, vol. 1, p. 202.
