Molly McGuires: Bloomsburg Execution Ticket. This 2.5" x 4" cardboard ticket was issued in Bloomsburg [Pennsylvania] on March 25, 1878, by Sheriff John W. Hoffman. The holder of the ticket, James Bryson, was appointed a Deputy Sheriff and requested to be "present at the execution of Patrick Hester, Patrick Tully and Peter McHugh." The condemned gentlemen were members of the Molly McGuire organization (a.k.a., Ancient Order of Hibernians) which resorted to violent tactics related to the coal mining industry in Pennsylvania 1867-1878. Specifically, the three were convicted of the 1869 murder of Alexander Rea in Mt. Carmel. The group was defeated through highly aggressive law enforcement and infiltration by Pinkerton Detective Agency operatives.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
