    Description

    Benjamin Harrison: Photographs of Rhode Island Zouave Marchers. 7" x 8 1/2" albumen, affixed to a plain 9 1/2" x 11 1/2" mount, depicting a group of gentlemen dressed as Zouaves. A man in the front row is identified as Dr. Frank Hammitt Holt. The back is inscribed in pencil "Harrison & Morton Zouaves. Fall of 1888." Some rippling and stains, barely affecting image. Sold together with a cabinet card of Holt in his uniform with Cooper of Newport, Rhode Island credit.
