    Description

Benjamin Harrison and Grover Cleveland: Full Deck of Playing Cards. Deck of cards for the game "Political Euchre". Five cards depict Harrison & Morton, Cleveland & Thurman and James G. Blaine. The other cards [numbering 47] each show an individual state or territorial governor. They specify the number of electoral votes which, in the case of territories, is zero. An eagle, White House and flag appear on the backs of the cards. Blaine is labeled the Republican joker. There are an additional two jokers (Uncle Sam and a rooster carrying a red bandana). Made by Lum Smith of Philadelphia. Red stain to one side of the box. Very good condition overall.
