    Description

1869 U.S. GRANT GALLERY OF THE SENATE INAUGURAL PASS. This yellow pass, printed by famed printer Philip and Solomons, Washington D.C., is printed on heavy card stock, and measures 3" by 4 3/4". This pass would allow an attendee to enter the Gallery of the Senate during the Inauguration ceremonies of U. S. Grant and Schuler Colfax. The pass is in excellent ocndition save for a hint of aging at the bottom left edge and would be a nice mate to the green Senate floor pass also offered in this catalog.
