    Description

Woman's Suffrage: Votes for Women "Made in Syracuse" Dinner Menu. Measures 4 ½" x 8 7/8". This bifolium menu is quite the interesting piece in the history of women's suffrage which celebrated its 101st birthday just last year! All of the food items for the dinner were donated from local businesses around the Syracuse area. The dinner was sponsored by the "Syracuse Political Equality Club", timed to coincide with the upcoming New York State ballot measure granting women the right to vote. Great condition... the only example we have seen or handled. Selections from the Collection of Tom Charles Huston.
