Labor History and Woman's Suffrage: Mounted Group Shot Photographs. Three mounted photos, ranging in size from 9" x 6 1/2" to 10" x 8". These include: 1) Oval albumen of eight men posed indoors, holding glasses of beer. A beer barrel rests on a table. It reads "City Brewery D F [the barrel stamped 'F. Fisher']" A portrait of President Johnson appears on the wall, dating this to 1865-1869. We suspect these are the proprietors of the brewery. 2) An outdoor albumen photo of the "Labor Day Committee, Central Labor Union, 1893, Concord, N.H." (edge wear and minor loss). These guys all wear elaborate ribbons and two carry satchels which perhaps contain union dues. 3) Sepia-tone silver print showing trolley car employees posed in, around and on top of the car. Many of them wear buttons. The front of the car has a "VOTES FOR WOMEN" poster on display. Light soiling with abrasion on one figure.
From the collection of Ed Sullivan.

The pre and post sales experience was wonderful and flawless. Heritage has the best in-house operation I have ever seen and their people are not only professional but fun to work with, especially Steve C.

As for Heritage's online system… Yes the interface is more complex than what we are used to with SAN but what is behind that interface is amazing for sellers and buyers alike. It is real time and for a real serious auction buyer there is nothing better in the auction industry, bar none.
