    John F. Kennedy: Archive of Lee Harvey Oswald Related Material. We are offering a binder of letters, documents and other ephemera related to the assassination of John F. Kennedy including many pieces dealing with Oswald's life insurance policy and its disposition. In no particular order, we have: a 3-page 1995 Oliver Stone TLS to the Editor of the "New York Times" commenting on Gerald Posner's book "Case Closed", a 2-page 1995 Oliver Stone TLS to William Safire of the "New York Times" offering a defense of his film "JFK", a 1957 insurance company form returning a policy to Marguerite C. Oswald for "Full Loan Value", seven original insurance company documents dating from 1945 onwards regarding a $1000 policy on the life of Lee Harvey Oswald, 1981 handwritten note by Oswald's wife Marina Porter with C.O.A., December 1963 insurance company letter re: controversy over possible lapse of Oswald's life insurance policy and his mother's efforts to collect on it, three period photostats of affidavits issued in conjunction with Oswald's crimes committed on November 22nd (these appear to be official copies), a December 23, 1963 Lyndon Johnson TLS referencing the events of the previous month (signature appears stamped or printed), a photo of officer Nick McDonald displaying Oswald's .38 pistol, a 2-page statement by McDonald describing the events of November 22nd signed twice by him, a UPI teletype dealing with the assassination and statements from the "Fair Play for Cuba" committee, a press photo of Ruby shooting Oswald, an insurance company document regarding a death claim for "Lee H. Oswald", an insurance company typed letter from December 3, 1963 relating efforts to pay Oswald's mother $863 which she spurned as she felt we was owed "double indemnity", a ten-page signed statement (undated, but issued in the wake of the Warren Commission Report) by Oswald's mother examining the evidence and asserting her son's innocence, three additional UPI teletypes on the assassination, a 1982 two-page signed typed statement (historical account) by Dr. Malcolm Perry who treated the wounded president, a 1-page 1994 signed typed statement by Nikita Khrushchev's son about the Cuban Missile Crisis, and a 1995 Bob Oswald ALS dealing with the sale of these items through auction.
