    Description

THE PLAIN ROMAN GW. Albert WI-8, DeWitt GW-1789-1 in copper, or possibly brass.  One of the more elusive GW buttons. When found, the inscription, being lightly struck, generally is quite worn. This specimen only displays light wear, with all lettering perfectly readable. If you are looking for one of these, don't pass this one by! Complete with original shank, slightly depressed. EXCELLENT condition.
